Test & Results Portal

Our bespoke digital platform provides seamless access to all London Medical Laboratory services for clients and patients.

Our Client Portal allows any authorised medical personnel to order a blood test, manage the test time and location, monitor its passage through the courier network, and download the result when it has been completed. Results and orders can be integrated with third party websites through application programming interfaces (APIs).

We also offer the option of integrating our system with Semble or providing you with paper test results if that is your preference. 

Our Client Portal enables our partners to:

• Order a phlebotomy blood test and print test request forms
• Order a Home Test Kit to be dispatched direct to patient
• Manage their calendar bookings (and access the calendars of all our nationwide network of partner sites so a patient can have their blood taken or a health check managed anywhere in the UK)
• Order a courier collection
• Track courier’s location live
• See sample’s arrival in laboratory
• Download patient’s result with bespoke format and branding
• Send patients their results - via API if preferred
• Choose to have a doctor’s report appended to results
• Order stock & consumables (e.g. on-the shelf Home Test Kits, vacutainers, needles, whatever you need)

Simple API integration providing seamless access to all our services is available if the client has an established online e-commerce platform.

White labelled services available so that you can offer all our tests via your own service under your own brand.
