• Clinically significant or urgent results are managed as per our standard operating procedures to ensure reliable and rapid management of these results.
• Our laboratory staff are trained to appropriately communicate clinically significant or urgent results to referring clinicians and other relevant stakeholders.
• This process is supported by our 24/7 laboratory and 24/7 Customer Service department. 

For Direct-to-Consumer tests

Our direct-to-consumer pathology services are supported by a team of doctors who provide clinical reports of test results for our clients, customers and partners the day after they arrive at our laboratory. Our doctors are contracted for their expertise and meet regulatory requirements for safe and professional practice.

Clear, graphical presentations of the results make them easier for the public to understand. Importantly, we produce results in the format more familiar to healthcare professionals at the end of the consumer report so that patients can more efficiently share their results with their clinician.

Most tests are carried out within 4 hours of us receiving the sample and reports are available within 24 hours.
